How to Delete Your Account
At Saulikh, we respect your privacy and provide you with the option to delete your account and associated data. Follow the steps below to delete your account within the app:
Deleting Your Account via the App
- Open the Saulikh app on your mobile device.
- Tap on the triple-dot icon in the top-right corner of the screen.
- Select Delete Account from the menu options.
- Follow the on-screen prompts to confirm the deletion of your account.
Requesting Account Deletion via Support
If you are unable to delete your account through the app, you can request deletion by contacting our support team:
- Email: dev@saulikh.com
- Subject: Account Deletion Request
- Required Information: Your registered email address or phone number for verification.
Once we receive your request, we will process the deletion within 7 business days, and your data will be permanently removed from our system, except for any information required to be retained for legal or regulatory compliance.
Important Notes
- Account deletion is irreversible; all associated data will be permanently erased.
- If you have active transactions or pending issues, please resolve them before requesting deletion.
- Some residual data may remain in our backups for a limited period as per legal and security policies.
